JoAnn Murtha

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, JoAnn can say with confidence that helping clients achieve their financial goals is her passion. JoAnn's practice has grown to encompass a diverse clientele in the Racine and Kenosha areas, surrounding her core clientele of women professionals and business owners. She enjoys leveraging Northwestern Mutual's network of specialists as resources for cases involving a high level of preparation, such as business owner needs and working with high net-worth individuals.

JoAnn is currently a member of the Racine Symphony Orchestra Board, the Racine Junior Achievement Board and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Foundation Board. She is also a member of TEMPO and the Kenosha Women's Network. Racine is JoAnn's lifelong hometown and she lives here with her husband, Bob Murtha.

Nancy Cicero Phillips

Nancy Phillips made a career change because she wanted to make an impact on the individuals and families she works with; she wanted a career that would make her happy as well as make a significant difference in peoples’ lives. Prior to joining Cornerstone Financial Group-Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Nancy Phillips worked as a corporate controller for a pharmaceutical company; afterward, she owned her own business as an IT consulting company with her husband. Through these experiences, Nancy Phillips learned how “awesome” it is to help people make changes that positively affect their lives.

Jen Damon is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.  Jen changed careers to help individuals and businesses realize financial security and success.  Jen holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and enjoys helping fellow alumni.  She is also actively involved in several nonprofit organizations and sports leagues.
