Management TeamThe success of Cornerstone Financial Group-Oak Creek can be directly attributed to the high quality of leadership and the strength of our management team. Our goal is to ensure the continued success of our financial representatives by providing the proper guidance and support to help them experience both personal and professional growth.  Melinda Wilke, CLU®, CLF®, CLTCManaging Director Melinda began her career with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2002 as a Financial Representative Intern. Upon graduation from Marquette University, it became clear to Melinda that she would continue her dedication to the profession by becoming a full-time Financial Representative.
Melinda Wilke quickly distinguished herself as a leader, successfully achieving Pacesetter 40 as well as the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards. Her hard work and perseverance has led her to manage Cornerstone Financial Group-Oak Creek and Cornerstone Financial Group-Brookfield. In 2009, Melinda became a certified coach and one of an elite group of leaders within Northwestern Mutual to be recognized and accepted into Northwestern Mutual’s Emerging Leaders Program.
As Managing Director of Cornerstone Financial Group-Oak Creek and Cornerstone Financial Group-Brookfield, Melinda Wilke recruits, trains, develops, mentors, and supports her Financial Representatives and staff while working closely with her clients to build long-term relationships.
Melinda earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF), and Corporation for Long Term Care (CLTC) certifications.
 Sarah BichanichDirector of Recruiting and Development Sarah Bichanich joined Cornerstone Financial Group in 2011 after working for the corporate office since 2005. Sarah graduated from Marquette University in 2007 having earned a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Public Relations. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys all lake activities. As a recruiter for The Cornerstone Financial Group, Sarah helps people learn more about how a career as a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network representative can provide the rewards and opportunities of self-employment--flexibility, having a positive impact on people's lives, and virtually unlimited earning potential.
